The premier chefs will provide an evening of gourmet tastes and the samples of wine and beer contribute to making this a very special occasion. Along with a silent auction, it is an “eat a little, drink a little, bid a little…” evening of merriment for everyone! All proceeds benefit the Kinship Partners youth mentoring programs.
While you are enjoying the wine and beer tasting time (5:30 pm-7:00 pm) professional chef/judges will be sampling the evening’s dishes to determine the award winners from the following categories: starter (appetizer, soup, or salad), entrée, and dessert.
Then at 7:00 pm, as our guest, you will enter the dining room and “Taste” the samples provided by area chefs and caterers. In addition, you will vote for your favorite which will determine the People’s Choice Award.

People’s Choice Award
The traveling People’s Choice Award, which is voted on by the guests in attendance, was presented to Grand View Lodge for their Starter – Bourbon Short Rib Soup, and Entrée – Apple Smoked Brisket, Tomato Bacon Jam, Duck Confit Au Gratin Potato. Resort Sous Chef Shawn Lowmen resort From Grand View Lodge accepted the award from the 2016 winner, Executive Chef Brian Diumenti from Irma’s Kitchen at Cragun’s.
